Refund & Return Policy

We accept refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

Refunds or Replacement (if applicable)

  • We will only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • We will refund or replace your item for up to 30 days after purchase. Once 30 days have passed; unfortunately, we cannot provide you a refund or exchange.
  • Please read "Instructions for Returns" below PRIOR to sending your items.

Once your return is received, it will be assessed and we will notify you via email of the outcome. If your refund is granted, the money will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to be processed. Please let us know if you haven’t received a refund after this time. Please include the completed 'Returns Form' (provided by us via email) along with your items, as well as your proof of purchase (your receipt).

Instructions for returns

  • To notify us of your intent to return a product, please email us with the reason for return, your name, street address, phone number and order number or date of purchase.
  • We will contact you regarding your request within 48 hours and provide further instructions.
  • If a refund or exchange is approved for any of the above reasons, you will need to return your product either in the box it was sent in or another suitable shipping box. Please ensure your items are safely and securely packed, as goods damaged in transit cannot be replaced. 
NOTE: Flammable goods (i.e. alcohol based perfumes) may only travel by road via Australia Post, or via a Dangerous Goods courier, and MUST include a "Road Transport Only" sticker. Please ask for this sticker when posting your parcel.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be received and any exchange or refund to be approved.
  • The cost incurred for shipping returns will only be covered in the case of approved refunds, for exchanges it is the responsibility of the purchaser.
