Shipping Policy

Postage and Delivery

You order will be packed and shipped within 2 business days. Orders are sent via Australia Post. As our perfumes are alcohol based, they are classified as dangerous goods and must be transported via road only. Please allow 3 - 8 business days for your order to arrive for metro area. Please refer to Australia Post website for updated delivery times during peak holiday periods and for any delays due to COVID-19. 

Please ensure your postal address is correct and alert us to any errors as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately cannot amend your order or address. We are not responsible for you item if the delivery address is incorrect. If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the purchaser is responsible for any additional postage costs related to resending your package. 

Loss or Delay due to shipping

We will not be held responsible for any loss or delay caused by Australia Post. Delivery times are not guaranteed and will vary depending on the destination and local customs. Australia Post usually offers compensation of up to $100 for lost or damaged goods. If your goods are damaged on arrival, please contact us at jthd@jthd.com.au for assistance. 

Shipping Costs

Currently JTHD can only ship within Australia. We have a flat shipping rate of $8 for up to three 50 mL bottles. Sample bottles can also be included in this package at no additional cost. For more than three full sized bottles, additional packaging and postage is required. 

 Find my Order

Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your Australia Post consignment number. You can track your order on the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search. If you have not received your order within 10 days of shipping, please contact us at jthd@jthd.com.au for assistance.
